These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Irish Dance Party website and your purchase or booking of tickets and experiences provided by Irish Dance Party.

By using our website, making a booking, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. About Irish Dance Party

Irish Dance Party provides interactive Irish music and dance experiences in Dublin, Ireland.

The experience includes live Irish music, professional Irish dance performances and beginner-friendly Irish dance lessons. The standard public experience lasts approximately two hours.

The public show currently takes place at:

The Merchant’s Arch
48–49 Wellington Quay
Temple Bar
Dublin 2, Ireland

Private and group events may take place at different times or locations depending on the booking.

2. Eligibility

There is currently no minimum age requirement for attending the Irish Dance Party.

Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children and young persons attending the event.

Guests must comply with applicable venue rules and Irish law while attending the event.

3. Tickets and Bookings

Tickets may be purchased through the booking system linked from our website or through other booking channels made available by Irish Dance Party.

A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

We recommend booking in advance because events may sell out, particularly during weekends, summer periods, holidays and major events in Dublin.

Tickets may also be available for purchase on arrival, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Ticket Prices

Ticket prices are displayed on the website and may vary depending on the type of ticket or booking.

Current advertised prices include:

  • Adults: €25 per person
  • Groups of 10 or more: €23 per person
  • Students: €15 per person
  • Local language school students: €12 per person

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your booking will be the price displayed or otherwise communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Any applicable fees, deposits or additional charges will be communicated during the booking process.

5. Group Bookings and Deposits

For larger groups, we may allow customers to secure a booking by paying a deposit and paying the remaining balance later.

The website currently advertises deposit-based booking options for groups, including a 20% deposit option and a €5-per-person deposit option for certain larger group bookings.

The applicable deposit and payment schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking.

A table or booking is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated with your booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

If a booking is subject to specific cancellation terms provided by a third-party booking platform, those terms may also apply.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website or in your booking confirmation.

Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

7. Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, subject to any applicable booking or venue requirements.

The person attending using a transferred ticket must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If the booking contains information that must be updated following a transfer, please contact us before the event.

8. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change the date, number of attendees or other booking details, please contact us as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply where the requested change results in a different ticket type, event, group arrangement or price.

9. Arrival and Late Attendance

Guests should arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before the confirmed start time.

If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you and your reserved table will normally remain available.

However, late arrival may mean that you miss part of the performance, music or dance lessons.

Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to a refund or reduction in the ticket price.

The standard public experience is approximately two hours.

The programme may include:

  • Live Irish music
  • Irish music and cultural explanations
  • Professional Irish dance performances
